Toby, Mad Dog (by Stearns) has a hooded jacket for $50. and pants $40. Quiet and waterproof. A little clammy in the warm weather. I have Mad Dog's Silent Shadow set. Much better. More pockets and with a fish net lining to help it breath. $115 jacket, $100 pants. I've been out all day in the rain, and been dry when I got home.
