Howler its not to hard in thick cover if the snow is powder and the wind is in the right direction. Another thing to do is use multiple guys and push coyote from cover if there tracks going in. As far as how many I've done this to I have lost track its a bunch. Here in Wisconsin there is 3 methods for killing coyotes most guys use, tracking/driving usually a big group of guys,calling,and withdogs all 3 methods work. It might not work so well in more open areas like colorado.
