Default RE: .45cal Omega problems

1950KID...I have contacted T/C and explained my accuracy problems to them, via e-mail. They did say that they were busy and that it could be a couple of weeks before they could respond back.
A friend of mine who also purchased the .45cal. Omega did call T/C. They told him to send in the rifle after the first of the year and that they would shoot it there at the factory to determine if there was indeed an accuracy problem. If so they would replace it with one of the new twisted barrels 1-28 or 1-30...I'm not sure what they're going with.
That is what I was hoping to find out here. If someone as unfortunate as us, was having the same trouble and if they new more than what we did, as to what was going on at T/C.
I know that T/C is a very reputable Co. and will make good on their warranty.

I have tried the 175's and the new 195's with powder charges of 100-150grs of both Pyrodex Pellets and 777. The 195's are the most accurate of all the .40cal/sabot combinations I've tried so far, but the accuracy is not acceptable with powder charges over 100grs.
I am a power freak....I guess. I like to shoot heavy powder charges as long as the gun is capable of doing so....accurately.
That's where the "454" in mac454 comes from...the 454Casull.
I know that you don't need 150grs. of powder in a muzzleloader to effectively harvest whitetails, but I want to get the full advantages out of my 45cal....velocity/energy available.
Where I hunt here in Illinois, you can get shots over 200yds. and when that big guy steps out into the clearing, I want a muzzleloader that I can depend on to make that shot count. I know the 45cal. muzzloaders with the proper twist for accuracy will be just the ticket I'm looking for.
What's the rate of twist in your Black Diamond and are the groups (5 shot)less than 2" @ 100yds.?
Keep it in the 10X
