I am going to be getting 2 beagles in about 5 months or so. This will be my first set of rabbit dogs. I was just wondering if they are giong to be rabbit dogs do I have to leave them in a fenced in area and never really pet them or play with them other than when I am hunting. I have heard that if you do they won’t listen to you out in the field. Is there any other good pointers any of you have for me? Anything would be appreciated.
