State and federal laws exsist or are written with regardto current equipment. You cannot make rulings on something most people do not even know about or is not produced and marketed. Anyway, rules can be changed to accept or reject newer technology. I do not have a problem with that as long as all the truths come out or are presented and politics DO NOT infuence the vote.

As far as the shotbow is concerned, I designed it mainly for competion trap or target shooting. Hunting regs will not be a concern there. On the plus side, it is a totally new sport that will add a "Waverunner" to an industry that is mainly geared towards "Snowmobiles". In other words, thesmaller pro-shops can have sales and repair year around as opposed to fall hunting seasons which can help in reducing the numbers of shops that must close every year due to lack of business.

To compare what I have with Bowtech's paintball or pellet bow, this is better because it islighter and more versatile. My patent covers shooting paintballs as well.
Depending on the poundage of the bow, and keeping paintball speeds below 300 FPS, it is capable of shooting 3, 4, 5 or6 paintballs with every shot making it a more even competition against someone who has a paintball gun. "Cowboys against the Indians."
