That is cool Jackson, as it should be. I have also had very good customer service from Savage. I initially had a siezed vent liner in my breechplug when I just got my 10ML-II. I called Savage, explained it and a week later I got 3 new breechplugs and a dozen vent liners in the mail for free. Thats over a $120 of product for free and without any delay. Good service does really contribute to product loyalty.
Yep! I have little desire to advertise for a company that has given me what I've paid for, but when they give me more than I've paid for I delight in giving them a heads up. As for myself, Knight rifles has given me much more than I've paid for. Nice to know Savage is also a company of customer service. I'll remember that.
