Gregh put down the thunder stick, shoot one with a bow. Does treebark work on Turkey's?
Germ, Treebark would work extremely good for turkeys, unfortunately, I only have cold weather treebark. When I'm hunting turkeys it is usually not cold enough for me to be wearing it. Besides, I'm trying to give them a chance!
I will be hunting them with a bow in the spring from now on. It's just that, on a whim, I bought an 11-87 last spring on the way up turkey hunting. It's a great gun and I'll just be using it for fall turkeys from now on. That way I can get back to bowhunting for whitetails faster in the fall.[:-]
