I own both calibers. i have taken more with my 270 only because i have owned it longer. i shot a good buck with my 25 -06 this year and was very impressed! deer never knew what hit him. never took another step. though he wasnt dead when i got to him he was not going anywhere by any means!
i am equally happy with both at this time!
