like I said, to me it is more of a request, hence the "law" in quotes. I know it's a law, but and unenforceable law is meaningless. The DEC doesn't plan on enforcing it, they want the law to show the importance of reporting. so when someone does report late the reporting police aren't coming to cuff 'n' stuff that tardy hunter. what would teh point be.
