I finally snapped a photo of the Muzzy I described, and thought I'd post it. Again, I'm not totally knocking Muzzy here, but I think it's important that people know they aren't necessarily bullet-proof.
This broadhead is the result of a 12-yard shot, almost perfectly level, at a Kansas buck, fired out of a 68-lb. Hoyt Striker Redline, at the end of a 29" Nitro Stinger Gold. The arrow did not go any further than about 2" and popped out. This is a 3-blade 125-grain Muzzy.
My hunting partner had the same thing happen to him about a year later.
