For the most part I would say crappie, but I went camping for 10 daysone time in Washington state and we were catching trout. we would put onion, lemon and butter in the trout and then wrap in aluminum foil and steam over the fire. That had to be some of the best eating I ever had. It could have had something to do with being outdoors and the surroundings etc. But that was over 15 years ago and I can still taste those trout!!!
