The biggest problem with the Remingtons was/is the gun owner unknowingly usingvery slightly largercartridges than Remington specs for their rifles. As long as I use cartridges in my Rem 7400 that are no longer than the Core-Lokts - plus keep the action CLP'd, I don't havea jam problem.
