If your hunting the rocky mnt. go with as much power as you can get.
a 300 at 10500-13000 feet above sea level has no power to get you and a big elk out of the woods.trust me I have been there. Also go with a machine like a Polaris that has good suspenion so you won't flip it on the side of a mountain.
