Default RE: Muzzy Heads

I myself switched to muzzy heads 4yrs ago, used thunderheads before that. I never had trouble with them, just liked muzzys design better. My son and I hunt elk a lot and felt muzzys would hold together better if it came in contact with bone. I can yell you with out a doubt they were very easy to tune. We've taken 7 elk and 5 muleys in the 4yrs, 2 pass throughs on elk all pass throughs on deer, they are bad to the bone. We both shoot hoyt bows, mines 10yrs old the boys 5yrs old, our arrows are ics400 beman, nap fall away rest, he likes 100's I like 125's for the extra weight, both shoot 74lbs, the arrows have 4inch plastic vanes with straight helical. Very simple but lethal setup. elknut1
