The Speer .452 - 300 gran 454 Casual is a Gold Dot HP

The Speer .451 - 300 grain UCSP 45 Colt HV is a Uni-Core

Neither one of these two will come apart - the difference being in the nose of the bullet - which also effects the BC & the SD.



Mike, OK, thanks. The SP should simulate a Shockwave a lot closer than an HP, don't you think? Out to maybe 150 yards? They would be about 1/2 the cost of the Shockwave, since I believe I paid around $15 for box of 100 bullets at MidSouth. Chap
