I use XTP's of the same weight at 100yds the poi is only about 1.5 or less differance and grouping is also close to the same and their is quite a bit of differance in the price; actually I prefer the XTP or Gold Dot for short to medium range and always load SW if I might have to shoot over 150yd.
I am now checking on some rainer bullets which are a copper plated lead bullet which look very interesting to me as I think that for hi-speed say over 2000 fps a flat point round nose may be good for better penatration, I will get some and try them this spring if they look good to me I will post some info.
