AMEN BROTHER.this buck's pic was taken on 100 acre tract of land, hunting is not allowed on this land,so the law doesn't applied here.i do alot of planting for out of town hunters. and 9 out of 10 have feeders up and running. truth be known, alot say they don't do it,but we all know better.good luck and hunt safe.

I dont believe it is illegal to set feed out for deer.

Section 9-11-244 prohibits the baiting, feeding and simultaneous hunting of protected
game animals and birds to the extent that the feed material constitutes a lure, attraction or
enticement to, on or over the area being hunted.
Regulation 220-2-.11(7), further establishes a ten (10) day waiting period after
feed has been removed before the area may be hunted.



Thats the law, so if they follow that its not illegal.
