Default RE: meat smokers

I ended up buying a Cookshack smokette from Cabela's. I found one that was brand new in the bargain cave for a great price.Stainless steel model originally$479,for $339. I chose the cookshack because I don't have to 'tend' it all the time. I put the meat in, place the wood (few ounces), and let it rip. Simple, easy, and delicious. I have smoked 6 pork shoulders, 1 brisket, 4 beef chuck rolls, 3 chickens, and 9 racks of pork ribs. This smoker is INCREDIBLE. I cannot go to any BBQ joints anymore, mine tastes better...Hope this helps.
