Most quality treestands are rated for 300 lbs. I'm not far behind you (minus 25-50 lbs)and have been climbing trees for years. Personallly, I like Gorillas and feel completely safe in them. Whatever stand you use, if your using hang ons, I'd suggest putting up with the extra weight of steel vs aluminum. The colder it gets the more aluminum stands tend to creak and being big will just make that worse.

I'm not much for climbers but my favorite is Gorillas King Kong and the Kong is my choice where space might be tighter or a long carry in is involved.
