Default RE: Ground Blind in PA?

I find this to be very screwed up with ground blinds in Pa. Your allowed to use them but your not allowed to sit in a tree stand or stationary without orange on. You ever try to locate someone in a blind that has dark mesh for window covers at 50 yrds. Impossible to see orange inside that blind. But yet you get a fine for not wearing it outside a blind while being stationary. Even during fall turkey season you have to have orangewhere it can be seen within so many feet of your position. You got a better chance today with more hunters in the woods on SGL to get shot in a blind from people who don't see you.To dangerous if you ask me.I would never use one of these on public land or with children in them.Never. To damn dangerous.
