Default Ground Blind in PA?

Hello all I am a long time reader and Novice Hunter.

This is my Second Year hunting Whitetail. The 2 years i have been out it has been for Rifle season, and all we did was set up drives. As this season comes to an end i am already planning on my next year. I have a few things im going to try, one been Bow hunting.

Since I'm a heavy guy (275 pound) I have no business sitting in a tree stand (that and i don't own land), I hunt a few spots where i have permission.

Next year i want to bow hunt and still hunt from a blind for whitetail as long as of course the law allows.

Is it legal to hunt from a blind during both rifle and archery season? Im hoping this is allowed around where i live ( 2a and 2b as well as in Allegheny)

I looked around in the book and the Commission website but I did not find any laws or rules about it. thanks much in advace and good hunting
