YES YES YES I know what you are talking about, I bought the book from the lawyer that wrote it( at the hunting show in To) a couple of years ago,IT will open your eyes to the powers AND abuses by big brother, I cant find it at the moment as we are renovating our house and its packed in a box somewhere, BE ASSURED that I will not forget to get back to you about this.
