I will keep at it until my bow is as deadly as a gun from 25 yards or more.What should my brace hight be?I figured I`d loose an inch or so from my compound draw length,where should my anchor point be?With carbons,what spine to use,could I actually be over spined with 45-60`s or 60-75`s? does the length of my arrows still matter or could I use a 30 inch arrow and still have good arrow flight?
Brace height will probably be anywhere from 7-8 inches... Start low and move up.
I shoot 3 under and I anchor with my thumb nuckle in the indention behind the ear lobe and I use the feather to touch my nose... Double Anchor.
You can manipulate the spine with length and point weight.
For example, I shoot 6070's from a 50lb recurve and they fly great. However, they are 31 inches long and I only draw 27. That will give you an idea of how spines can be manipulated.
