For what it is worth; I just talked with one of the Magkor people and they did similar tests on soft steel plates in Florida humidity and their results were staining of the plate with Black Mag'3 but no corrosion effect. The results on brass however were somewhat different. Ascorbic acid based powders eat brass fast!! Be aware and keep your brass fixtures away or flush them with water soon after exposure to burned powder.
