Have you considered getting a crossbow permit? If you dont want to shoot a cross bow then you might try shooting even less poundage. Have you had surgery? You might have to do some should workouts or something. My friend had shoulder surgery and he had to do a lot of rehab to get his shoulder back to normal...
right on the money. If you can get the permit for a crossbow that'd be a cool route to go, (especially if you get bowtech's new stryker, hahahaha, I want that) but if you want to stay with the reg. bow it's fine to drop it as low as 50 lbs if you want. Hell you could drop it to 45 lbs and just keep your shots within 25 yds or so. It's up to you. As far as alleviating the problem, I have no idea, just some ideas for you. Good luck dude!
