The best advice I can give you from my experience is stretch alot. Stretch every chance you get all day long. Even with rotator problems this will help eliminate alot of problems when you have them and prevent them from happening in the future. I use to injure my shoulders alot and started stretching more and don't have odd ball muscle and joint problems like I use to. You got to figure you have at least three times a day where you have5 minutes or so to stretch. Trust me it helps.
