I think the 1st post is being read 2 different ways. Some guys are reading it as party hunting which is legal in some places(not here in PA). The way I read it is buying tags for your wife, mom, aunt, friend etc who've never hunted a day in thier lives and using that to tag a deer. I can't see how any state would let that be legal.

What is it with you guys! That law has been in effect here for several years now. Your wife, aunt, friend orwhoever only needs a valid license. They don't have to have actually hunted a day in their lives yet then can legally give you up to 2 tags which you can carry in your pocket and put it on a deer you take while they're shopping at the mall. Perfectly legal.
