Icould kill that buck in the top pic IF my arrow went where I wanted it too. Thats the kicker though....IF

You have a better margin of error with a broadside shot. Those quartering-into shots are tricky and should not be taken. (You know that by now)

In my experiences, a deer will eventually turn and allow for a better shot. It may take a little while but it more than likely will happen. If not, theres always next time.
