Sure is wierd how they can dissapear isnt it? When the rut is on is one thing,after pressure is applied to them is another.But they are there , you see the tracks and the spoor. Thing is they range your land at night or go to the thick stuff.We see most of our deer just at daylight or just at dark when there isnt a full moon.Nocturnal deer will drive you crazy.Try doing your scouting in the off season, and other than that sneak in and sneak out.
