Checkout the Mathews genesis, it is sold in Cabelas and BassPro to I think. It is 10-20lbs. and draws all the way out to 30", there is no let-off or draw stop. So everybody can shoot it. I bought one for my 7yr old daughter, and we can all shoot it, older daughter, wife and me. You could also check Bowtech and Parker, I think they both have a program to allow a bow to grow with your child. They will upgrade the limb to a heavier weight for a small fee. Just some thoughts.
