I agree with rickmur. From mid-Oct to mid-Janhere, there is some sort of gun season for deer nearly every weekend. From late Nov thru Dec, it's constant. I bow hunt only too, so I don't change a thing, but I usually try to have my freezer filled prior to guns going off. I don't begrudge gun hunters - I hunted with guns until just recently and my youngest son still does. I also hunt turkeys with guns. I just don't enjoy going out as much after the first few days of the constant gun seasons. The deer are well hidden then and pretty much nocturnal around here.
