Your right Greg, that is an extremely long duration for a grunt. Sounds like that 6 pt was having some bad love pains! The longest vocalization I ever herd was Clicking, showing an act of aggression against another Buck. I always figgured that clicking was a grunt slowed down 100 times from being so tensed up. I have an old tape around here some were with a Buck clicking on it, if I ever find it, I'll speed it up and see if it resembles a grunt, Hay if Im wrong, it wont be the first time!!
