Wow, what a rush!IMO, the recoil is quite mild (thanks to a 28 pound rifle and a major muzzlebrake); however, that muzzlebrake is the item that creates the real challenge to handling this rifle. The “shock wave” that slaps you in the face is easier to handle than severe shoulder recoil, but it is distracting! I’ve been around obnoxious braked rifles at the range before, but nothing with this kind of effect.
