ok just throwing this in the mix. Are you sure the primers are seated correctly in the first place? I made the mistake one time of grabbing the wrong shell holder for my hand primer, I quickly noticed that when I sat the casing down the primer wasnt seated all the way causeing it to wobble. Could this have happened and then when you shoot it falls the rest of the way out? I dunno, just trying to help.
