I agree with everybody that has recommended a .22. I have 2 ruger Mark II's, and one Ruger Mark III and love them. All my other friends all have larger pistols and they always want to borrow mine to play with. we sit out back and shoot a brick of shells at a time and get a lot of practice. Then when you try to shoot the larger pistols you are that much better.
