Default RE: Bear Hunting?

Well here are a few ideas I have about the subject.

I would cut down on the baiting, leave only enough for 1 bear to eat. That way when other bears (you hope to have multiple bears hitting your bait) come to feed they will have nothing to eat, figure another bear beat them to their bait, and will come a bit earlier the next time.
I would also sweeten up the bait a bit. I don't know what you are using for bear bait, but sweets work better for me. Try honey, or maple suryp. And if regulations allow, try a honey burner. Take a sterno can or propane torch and put some honey (about 2&quot in a coffee can and heat it up. It will smoke quite a bit and put out allot of scent. You can also cook bacon the same way if you are using meat for bait.
I would not stop baiting, keep baiting just do not put as much.

Good luck and hope this helped a little.
