I think you have to take into consideration how many average hunters can take off work and travel to Harrisburg to speak for 5 minutes.Like you said most people were from some orginization involved in farm and forestry fields and could afford to send someone in their behalf.Just like the people for the crossbows they have a stake in it.I will wait to go to Alt's public meetings and get 5 minutes talking time when all proposals are on the table.I figure 56 people do not make up the majority of hunters in Pa.
