I have the Savage and I really like it. But like longrifle, I replaced the heavy factory trigger with a Rife-Basix trigger. This rifle is extremely accurate. I've had it for two years now and have taken 2 turkeys and a bushel of squirrels with it. And now that they are making them with the Accutrigger that would be my choice.
