One word...GONE

You want to have fun with old buddies and people you know. This guy, as far as I'm concerend ruined it for you guys when he pulled all that crap. 1) he made you hunt another area when you were set and wanted to hunt it. Then he goes and hunts it! what a jerk.
2) Shooting all over and taking the shot at the grouse..WTF is he thinking? Deer aren't scared of a gunshot when they are deep in the bush. Does maybe, but not any buck worth taking. He knows that if he stays put he'll be safe. He won't move till the next day now, he's gonna stay put.
3) Arguments have NO PLACE in a deer camp.

You need him out FAST and be prepared with the crap he's gonna try to get even with you guys. He might not do anything. Lay him down easy, doin't be rude. Point out his mistakes in a calm and friendl;y tone of voive. ALL of you must be there, for safety reasons and so he knows where he and you guys stand.
