First off, who is the lease ramrod/commander? Now we had a similer problem at ours last year.1 member would mess up someones hunt.That someone would get upset and complain, the guy who did the messing up would say" get over it, and quit your whineing" If you messed his hunt up, boy would you get an earfull! He never was responsable for any thing, and caused friction with all the other members. After the season was over, he got a letter from the guy who runs the lease stateing he has 120 days to remove any and all of his stuff, and will not be offered a renewal for this year. You can try something along this line if you have full co-operation from the majority.
