Best maker would probably be Cooper. But for a regular guy, like me, probably the CZ. I have a Savage in HMR and it is a great gun. But I replaced the crappy stock trigger with a good one. Mine did not come with the accu trigger. A buddy of mine just bought a Savage with the accu trigger, and he is contemplating a new one as well. I was planning on buying a CZ, but they had this one mis-priced. I got the heavy Stainless BBL with laminated stock for $199 which was supposed to be the price of the blue/walnut model.
