Default New Varmint rifle??

I just can't make up my mind on this...I'm looking to add a dedicated varmint rifle to the battery...always in the past I've just used target rifles for varmints, ALL business, stainless/synthetic, heavily accurizedand ugly, but outstanding shooters...now I want something a little finer to look at that will still pass muster on coyotes and P-dogs.

I'm looking ata .22-250 in
1) a Savage 12BVSS Stainless/laminate target rifle
2) a Ruger Mark II M-77 Target inStainless/laminate
3) a Remington 700 VLS in blued/laminate
4) CZ-527 blued/laminate

The price tags are all basically the same. I haven't had any experience with the CZ's other than the 550's in safari cartridges, and I'd really rather prefer the stainless guns, but I'm open eitherway. I'm wanting a gun that will shoot great out of the box but will likely take quite a bit of accurizing work readily, and I want it to look as good as it shoots.

I figure the ruger trigger will need replacing right away, which isn't a problem, and I figure the savage trigger is the best, even if the fit and finish are probably the worst.

What's the general opinion? Which would you choose? And why?
