Default RE: Military surplus rifles

I would recommend to check out Swedish Mausers as well as the Swiss rifles. Both are finely made weapons. I haven't been checking prices like I used to but I know the Swiss rifles have been fairly prevalent and available. I'm not sure of the price in my area let alone yours. I do know that the last time I checked on the prices for the Swedish rifles I was shocked by how much they had gone up. But I still think you could find a nice one for under the $200.00 mark you set, and for close to $200.00 you may be able to find one with nearly all (if not all) matching #'s.
The Swedish round (6.5 X 55) is loaded by quite a few companies in both hunting round and FMJ. I know that brass is also avialble from several companies.
I'm partial to the Swede's but my brother bought a Swiss rifle a couple years ago and I was very impressed by the workmanship.
