I too am a "sweater" I don't like to put tape on the grip because it doesn't feel right to me so I use a rosin bag, just like those used by baseball pitchers. (can get one at any team sports shop), also, I've heard some guys will wipe their palm with a strong anti-perspirant like Mitchumn's. Don't know if it works but who knows?
