Make sure you don't let your hand slip around on your grip. You will really be inconsistant. Most grips (unless it's one of the aftermarket grips) cause some torque while shooting, even if you shoot with an open hand. So, it would probably be a good idea to take the grip off and wrap the "handle" with the tennis wrap or a cloth type tape. I personally shoot without a grip and have a "non-slip" (like sand paper) type tape on only on the back of the riser. remember you don't want any slippage
