You can get grafted and seedling persimmons from a bunch of places. I got a hardy variety called Meaders from "Northwoods" or "One Green World" nursery.Their catalog says to wait until after a frost hits to eat them. I went with Meaders cause they said it was developed at UNH and I live in MA. Persimmons cost a fortune in the markets here. >>>Whack!
