Default RE: How do you say no?

I went hunting yesterday. They weren't at the private property I hunt but they were at the public area.

The public area is a state park. It doesn't see alot of pressure until rifle season. It is a few miles from the farm.

I've taken many deer from the public area and have a few hot spots there. Well.....you guessed it. They hunted those hotspots. Hunted the exact trees.

I ran into them in the afternoon. I was going to hunt there and saw them in their truck. They said they hunted there that morning and saw several deer. They were bowhunting and squirrel hunting.

They were excited about seeing the deer and almost getting a few shots.

I'm glad they are hunting themselves but wish they'd find there own hotspots.

I shouldn't be complaining. I like the guy and his boy its just that it is starting to get under my skin.

You all know how it is. You find a good place to hunt and get a few years out of it and something always ruins it. Propery is sold or developed, others discover it, timbered or whatever.

It seems that over the last few years, I've been losing my hunting areas.
I'm down to just a couple and I'm feeling a little stingy, I guess.
