I don't have that problem, I ask people to try hunting, and they always show interest, but never take it to the next step. I would enjoy taking some new people hunting, my dad is getting closer to hanging up the bow, and my uncle seldom hunts anymore. I hunt alone much more often than I would like. My sons are getting old enough that they will join me in the next few years, but I would love to help someone get their first deer.
