Smokepole - I bought a Barnett . I don't like the trigger or the size as much as I liked the Horton but the materials that it's made out of are an improvment (aluminum stock , at least where it matters ). And the Dial-A-Range was sloppy . Sloppy to the point that it would be easier to "hold over" . For what it's worth , my cross-bow doesn't join me on a whole lot of outings . But I do try and shoot it once a week .
