There is something about the design of the Omega (likely breechplug design and/or the rifling cut) that makes it difficult to use Tripple Seven and at the same time makes it really perform with Black Mag'3. I have seen several Omega owners that have tried BM3 with the same great results. Other rifles (especially short barrel ones) seem to not do so well with the powder. Due to the relatively slow light off time the initial felt recoil is lower than the same velocity load of Tripple Seven which really socks me in the shoulder due to fast burn rate.
